KUCCPS reopens final course revision window for 2024 KCSE candidates until June 7
The opportunity is also open to students who either missed the initial application or were unsuccessful in their first attempt, allowing them to submit their course choices.
KCSE candidates now have until June 7 to review and update their university and college course selections, following the reopening of the second and final revision window for 2025 placements by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
In a notice, the placement agency urged all eligible 2024 KCSE candidates to log in and take advantage of this opportunity before the deadline.

“2025/2026 university and college placement KUCCPS system is open for the second revision of university, college and programme choices. May 31 - June 7. Log in to students.kuccps.net and apply,” the agency said.
The opportunity is also open to students who either missed the initial application or were unsuccessful in their first attempt, allowing them to submit their course choices.
Students from the 2024 KCSE cohort have been instructed to access the portal at http://students.kuccps.net to complete their applications.
Password
Applicants must log in using their KCSE index number, examination year, and password.
The placement agency also urged candidates to use their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) index number or birth certificate number as their password.
Once logged in, applicants can browse available programmes and add or revise their course selections.
The reopening follows the closure of the first revision window, which ran from Saturday, May 18, to Tuesday, May 27.
“Deadline alert! KUCCPS application system closes tonight, May 27, 2025, for the first revision of choices to universities. Log in and apply,” KUCCPS stated in a notice on the final day of the first revision period.
KUCCPS confirmed that 2024 Form Four leavers who missed the initial application opportunity are still eligible to apply during this second revision period.
The KUCCPS system includes 40 public universities that offer government scholarships and HELB loans, 29 private universities where students can get HELB loans, and 263 public colleges that provide both scholarships and HELB support.
KUCCPS has urged all eligible candidates to seize this final chance to secure placements in their preferred institutions before the June 7 deadline.
